Shipping policy

 Kefeida want help you to perform more efficiently once receiving  Kefeida products. Therefore, before shipping out we'll check every detail of the product for you, make sure that the related accessories are included. Our QC department inspects products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line. Check  Kefeida packing video here.

Delivery Policy

COVID-19 Notice:  Please note that during this special period, our shipping times may be longer than indicated as the changing COVID-19 restrictions has affect our delivery services. Please know that our fulfillment teams will continue to send product daily as we have taken extra precautions to ensure their safety. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

2.Shipping Time

Order processing time = We‘ll ship the item in 0-2 business days and upload the tracking number ASAP

Shipping time = The international delivery usually may take 5 to 20 post days via different country . When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.

Total delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time

The total delivery time depends on the product you purchased and your location, we will ship the goods to you from the Ningbo, China. (Depends on the country)

3. D.D.U.

All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U." (Delivered Duties Unpaid),  Kefeida cannot be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local custom office. All prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars.

4. Shipping NOTE

4.1 The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated time of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped.
Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.
These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as out of stock, natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues. The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order.

4.2 If you want to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped out.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route

4.3 Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

4.4 If some products are sold out on some countries, it will not be able to place an order. If you still want to order, welcome to contact at support@ Kefeidatech.com and we promise to reply to you within 1 business day.

5. Multi-item Product Shipping Terms

If you want to order more than one item, and we know you want all to be delivered at the same time, we will try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time.

Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

6. Track Your Order

Any delivery dates provided by  Kefeida are estimated. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information.
